Looking after our mental wellbeing is important for all of us and making small changes in your life can improve your wellbeing and can help to decrease some mental health problems - helping you to flourish.

To help with this we've produced a Wellbeing Map of Whiteknights campus which has information and advice to help colleagues get the most out of different wellbeing activities across the Whiteknights Campus. Welbeing Map
