Leadership and Management Development
People Development offers a range of leadership and management development programmes, workshops, coaching and 360 degree feedback to support University leaders and managers with their development.
Some programmes are open to all staff in leadership or management roles, others are for those in specific jobs or groups that are underrepresented in leadership positions in the University.
Almost all of us, whether or not we have a formal leadership or management role within the University, collaborate and work with colleagues to make things happen. The 3Rs is a set of guiding principles for all staff on how to successfully achieve our goals in way that is supportive of people.
