Staff and Student Relationships

Recording Staff and Student relationships

In line with the Governance 'Staff and Student Relationships Policy' (found in the Governance Zone under Compliance) please click on the Forms link to notify the HR Advisory team that a relationship needs to be recorded.

Once completed, this will trigger a discussion between the Head of School or Function for the staff member and the HR Partner for that area. 

They will commence the process for recording the relationship and setting out practical steps that will be put in place to ensure that neither the employee nor the student are advantaged or disadvantaged.
