FAQ

I cannot access UoR Learn:

Please can you try the following method as this has worked for a few people. Please note - This method involves restarting your PC and signing out of all Office applications (such as Word, Teams, OneDrive) so please make sure work is saved and these applications closed first.

1.            Go to Microsoft Office Home  and log in with your university staff account

2.            Go to your profile name on the top right corner of the screen to show a drop down with other options

3.            Click on View account

4.            You'll be taken to your profile settings, click on Sign out everywhere under your name

5.            Make sure to Restart your pc and then log in to your account

6.            Try logging into UoRLearn.

 This should sort the issue out going forward. Please and let us know if this works.
