Leading Through Influence
This is a University leadership programme designed for colleagues who lead and influence others within the University and/ or externally without direct line management responsibility.
Getting things done at work requires planning, collaborating and problem solving. The ability to effectively draw on good relationships is essential when you rely on others to contribute to your task completion. This programme shares best practice in:
- Managing yourself (insight)
- Working with others (outsight)
- Noticing the evolution of the wider context and how this affects your approach (foresight).
The programme consists of a number of modules, spread over several months, four two-hour Action Learning Sets and some independent work
