Information, advice and guidance

The Reading Outreach team makes substantial information, advice and guidance (IAG) provision available each year and runs a schedule of IAG sessions targeted specifically at prospective students and at those involved in giving HE advice to students in schools and colleges in the UK and overseas.

As an advisor, you can access this work in a number of ways depending upon whether you are entirely new to the process, want to top up your knowledge of developments in UKHE, or want to know more about admissions/subject developments at the University of Reading.

All of our Transition/Progression programmes incorporate an element of IAG delivered both via face-to-face bespoke sessions and through long-term e-mentoring delivered by current Reading students.
