Reading Scholars (Languages)

The Reading Scholars programme is an intensive programme that runs throughout the academic year for Year 12 students.  It comprises subject-specific input sessions, a bespoke IAG schedule of sessions, student shadowing, online e-mentoring with a University of Reading mentor and a non-residential summer school. It is targeted at Year 12 students who have performed highly at GCSE and are on course to achieve well at A-level or equivalent. The next cohort of students will start the scheme in October 2014.

Languages is one of the strands of the Scholars Scheme programme, offered in the subject areas of French and German. The programme will run with targeted schools and colleges. If you would like more information, please contact Ben Churchill, Student Recruitment and Access Officer, at
