Animal welfare: How much would you pay for a bacon sandwich from happier pigs, or a latte with milk from healthier cows? Professor Richard Bennett (Agriculture) devised a 0-100 scale for animal welfare, and shows how much people would pay for it, reports BBC News, Farmers Weekly, and World News.
