Academic year 2026/27 Windsor Hall Laundry voucher - General terms and conditions
All bookings of 40 weeks made by a student at the University of Reading for Academic year 2026/27 for a 40 week, catered room in Windsor Hall from 13 August 2026 is eligible to claim the following incentive, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Incentive – free laundry for your stay (saving the resident up to £168.00).
Terms and Conditions
- Resident must be verified as a full-time current University of Reading student and studying for academic year 2026/27.
- The verified student must arrive and collect keys for the room booked in the Windsor Hall, as per the contract start date and enroll with the University.
- The verified student must have made payment for the first rental instalment in full as defined in the payment schedule to redeem the incentive.
- Outside of the listed incentives, no alternative payment will be offered, and the offers are non-transferable.
- If an eligible student undertakes a room swap after arrival, the incentive remains attached to the original qualifying room only.
- Bookings cancelled in-line with the cancellation policy or approved as a release from contract pre-arrival will not be eligible to claim any incentives, and the initial offers will become void.
- All offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any point (until validated at contract point).
- Free laundry for the 40-week tenancy at Windsor Hall is for a limited time only and can be withdrawn at any point.
- Eligible students will receive the equivalent of one wash and one dry credit per week for the duration of their 40-week tenancy 2026/27 tenancy agreement.
- Laundry credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Unused weekly allocations at the end of the tenancy cannot be transferred into cash value.
- The free laundry offer applies only to machines provided within UPP-operated accommodation laundry rooms.
- Laundry credits will be issued to students following arrival in October 2026.
- The scheme is available only whilst promotional funding remains available, and UPP reserves the right to remove this at any point (but not to those who are contractually committed to receiving).
