Android browser error
Known error with Android phones
Phones affected: Motorola, Samsung
If you get an error message “This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it”, this is a known issue with Android phones and occurs when clicking a link using the native Android internet browser.

To get past this, find the application which is called “Google” on your phone (not the Chrome application). Android phones should have this installed by default and may be in the “Google” folder), open it and paste the following URL as text in the search box.
https://nacportal.eu.mist.com/#/portal/1f4a2564-a2c5-450f-8dc3-8f8c0928c3b0
Press search and this will take you to the correct UoR Juniper Mist Portal and allow you to download and install the network profile for the University of Reading.
Do not click the link. Copy and paste into the Search box in the “Google” app and press Search
