- Daily Mail, Express and Ahmed Post feature comments from Dr Kimon-Andreas Karatzas (Food and Nutritional Sciences), who warns that buffets can pose serious food safety risks if proper precautions aren’t taken. The comments come from a Conversation article written by Dr Katatzas.
