Meat risks: CNN quotes Professor Gunter Kuhnle (Food and Nutritional Sciences) on a study into the health impacts of processed meat. Also in World Today News, MSN, RNZ Radio, Yahoo News, Dallas Express, Economic News, stuff, Finanznachrichten, Geo News and Wral News.
Heritage and culture:
  • The Reading Chronicle and Reading Today reported on the University’s collections accreditation success. From our story: University Collections receive Arts Council accreditation.
  • Interesting Engineering quotes Dr Geoff Smith (Archaeology) on his research into ancient humans. From our story: Neanderthals crushed animal bones to hoard fat for winter.
