#PlanetPartners: working with global partners to protect the environment 

  • Earth.com highlights research led by PhD student Jennifer Stout (Meteorology) on how snowflake patterns can be used to predict rainfall. From: Snowflake dance analysis could improve rain forecasts.
  • Trinity College Dublin highlights the work of Professor Ed Hawkins (Meteorology) in creating the climate stripes, which are being used to light up the University’s up front façade on Friday, 18 October.
