Cancellations

Please contact the Health & Safety Services as soon as you know that you are unable to attend. In this instance, we can then offer your place to someone else.

For all First Aid Courses a late cancellation fee of £40 may be charged to Schools/Functions when less than two working days' notice is given of withdrawal. Cancellation by simply not turning up to a session will increase the fee to £50. Courses taught by external trainers will generally be charged to Schools/Functions at 50% of cost, per place. Full costs will be charged if cancelled with less than two working days notice.
