12 Northcourt Avenue
A large detached property spread over three floors with at least one bathroom per floor. Three kitchens, one on each floor, are shared by all the residents. Rooms include a washbasin and bathroom facilities are shared with other residents.
14 Northcourt Avenue
This large detached house offers a range of rooms with their own individual style and character. The bathroom facilities are available on each floor and shared between residents along with the kitchen. Some of the rooms include their own washbasin.
16 Northcourt Avenue
This large detached house offers a selection of self-contained flats and studios, as well as en-suite rooms with a shared kitchen. Ideally suited for mature single students and couples.
This traditional character property also benefits from a small enclosed garden.

The Accommodation Guarantee applies to students who meet one of the following criteria:
- a new full-time undergraduate who holds Reading as a firm UCAS choice and applies for accommodation by 23:59 on 1 August, and satisfies any conditions of their academic offer by 31 August of their year of entry
- a new full-time postgraduate who has accepted an offer from the University and applies for accommodation by 23:59 on 1 August, and satisfies any conditions of their academic offer by 31 August of their year of entry.
