Thank you for making a difference
Thank you for choosing to support the University of Reading. Over the course of our 90-year history, we've led the way in pioneering teaching and learning, and in developing innovative solutions to some of the world's most pressing issues. But none of this would have been possible without our community of generous supporters.
From scholarships and bursaries for promising students to world-leading research in areas such as climate change, mental health and heritage, you are helping to change the world for the better.

Our thank you to you
We value your partnership in our work and would like to keep you informed about the impact of your giving. All supporters who have given a gift in the last 12 months receive our twice yearly donor e-newsletter and a copy of our annual donor report, Giving Matters.
The Blandford Club
If you have chosen to make a gift on a regular basis (for example, through direct debit or standing order), you will automatically be welcomed into the Blandford Club. In recognition of your generous commitment, you will receive a silver pin badge and invitations to events.
Reading Pioneers lead the way in philanthropy at the University and make annual gifts of 1,000 or more. When you join the Pioneers you will receive a gold pin badge, updates on the project you support, and invitations to exclusive events and, depending on the level of your support, visits to meet our researchers and students.
The Palmer Society
The Palmer Society recognises the generous commitment of supporters who choose to leave a gift to the University in their will. Members are invited to join us on campus for a donor event each year.
College of Benefactors
Launched in 2014, the College of Benefactors recognises donors who have made significant and transformative donations to the University.
