Reading School of Law has been offering the 2+1 or 1+2 LLB Law with Brickfields Asia College (BAC) since 2013 and welcomed a large number of students from Brickfields over the years.

The partnership allows BAC students to transfer to Reading on year 2 or year 3 of their LLB degree.

The degree

Following a one- or two-year programme of study at Brickfields Asia College (BAC), students may apply to transfer to the University of Reading School of Law for Part 2 or Part 3 of LLB Law.

After completing the programme, students receive an award from the University of Reading. The degree is fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and recognised by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia (LPQB).

Studying abroad, I got to experience a completely new place filled with people from all walks of life and different cultures. This journey has been a pathway to self-discovery which has not only shown me what I am capable of achieving when I step out of my comfort zone, but has also given a fresh perspective on life. Engaging in this partnership programme has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life.
