I provide support for all of the programmes run by ISLI as required and help students and staff at the ISLI reception desk.

Bio:
Having studied at Sheffield and Manchester Universities, I spent the first part of my working life as a teacher of languages in secondary schools. I then moved on to teaching adults alongside acting as a mentor for other teachers. For several years before starting work at the University of Reading, in August 2017, my main role was as a Curriculum Manager in Adult and Community Education in a College of Further Education.

A few personal comments:
I enjoyed learning Italian within the IWLP. As well as being fun, it was a good way of seeing more from the point of view of our students. I also enjoy walking, swimming, reading and spending time with my family.
