Active Projects:
I am leading a Curriculum Framework review for the International Foundation Programme which involves students and staff working together in partnership across our campuses in the UK and in Malaysia. I have recently completed work on a revised edition of the International Student Survival Guide; and I am a member of the Editorial Board for InForm, a journal for international foundation programme professionals.
Bio:
For over ten years, I taught Statistics, Information Technology and Computer Science to foundation students and undergraduates in Henley Business School, the Department of Mathematics and Statistics and the School of Systems Engineering. I have also worked in the Centre for Quality Support and Development, the Planning and Strategy Office, and in the RISIS team.
A few personal comments:
I own and run the Kumon Maths and English Study Centre in Henley-on-Thames; I am currently studying towards my Masters in Education; my favourite activities for relaxation are walking and photography.
