Background

Dr. Upeksha's research focuses on the exploitation and implementation of BIM, Big Data Analytics and IoT for the competitive advantage in the construction industry. Construction organisational studies, particularly about the culture and structure in construction organisations is another area of her research interest. She has also been involved in several educational research where she explored the effectiveness of work-based learning mode and the health & wellbeing of HE sector. Dr Upeksha’ teaching focuses on Quantity Surveying aspects which include, Quantification, Costing and Cost Engineering.
