Chancellor's Building

Chancellor's Building, an £8.4m purpose-built facility that opened in 2017, is the home of the School of Construction Management and Engineering.

It has been designed specifically to facilitate a sense of community, and enables teaching and research activity to reflect the collaborative nature of working in industry. It houses specialist equipment to support practical work, and modern learning spaces including:

  • two teaching and research labs
  • social break out spaces
  • academic offices
  • a resource room

Chancellor's Building is located close to the centre of Whiteknights campus, where you'll find the University Library, Students' Union, and a variety of shops and places to eat. The campus itself is set on 321 acres of beautiful parkland, which has won the Green Flag award 13 times consecutively.
