MSc Construction Cost Management

MSc Construction Management

Develop specialist expertise in the management of the construction firm. You'll learn how to manage finance, organisation and procurement, as well as the expectations of stakeholders.

MSc Digital Design and Construction

Gain specialist expertise in the application of information management and digital technologies in the construction sector. 

On this course you'll learn to develop and implement project and organisational-level information management processes. You'll be equipped to manage a diverse range of data and interfaces throughout the construction process.

MSc Construction Management and International Development

Develop skills and knowledge in how to manage construction projects for sustainable development.

You'll learn about construction in the unique context of economies undergoing rapid urbanisation.

This course also covers the humanitarian issues associated with the construction sector.

This programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). 

MSc Design and Management of Sustainable Built Environments

This course is for professionals looking to progress their careers in the field of sustainable design, operation and management of buildings and cities. 

You’ll gain an understanding of the latest theories and research, develop your knowledge of interdisciplinary design and build leadership skills. 

This course is accredited by the Energy Institute and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

MSc Renewable Energy: Technology and Sustainability

Pursue or develop a career in energy or sustainability with this master’s programme. 

You’ll develop knowledge in a range of areas including carbon management and energy use in the built environment. You'll engage with issues and debates on the role of energy. 

This course is accredited by the Energy Institute and CIBSE.

MSc Project Management

The MSc Project Management guides you through the complexities of construction project management. 

You'll gain skills in developing an integrated approach to strategic management, as well as in people management. 

This course is accredited by RICS, CIOB and the Association for Project Management (APM).

Flexible study options

Some of our students want to fit their studies around work and other commitments. That's why we offer all our master’s courses through flexible modular study as well as full-time study. 

You can learn through a combination of intensive weeks taught on campus and online learning, and complete your studies in two to five years.

Fees, funding and scholarships

A variety of funding support is available to our master’s students.

UK students can receive government loans to help towards tuition fees and living costs. You may also be eligible for other grants and bursaries.

Both UK and international students can apply for a range of scholarships. Our scholarships are awarded based on previous academic achievement.
