The success of developments South of the M4 owe a great deal to the local people who attended the various consultations, planning meetings, and exhibitions.
By shaping the proposals, identifying problems, and devising solutions, what has been created has been better integrated into the existing community and environment. By taking part local residents have made a positive difference to their area and the future of their community.
