Three Mile Cross, Shinfield and Spencers Wood form part of a wider strategic development known as the South of M4 Stategic Development Location (SDL). Over the years, this has brought with it a range of new homes, infrastructure and open space – with more being delivered as development progresses.

The University of Reading, alongside partners Barratt David Wilson Homes and Taylor Wimpey, have promoted and delivered a new community. The project includes all of the facilities and services needed to support the new homes. Working with Wokingham Borough Council and Shinfield Parish Council, we’ve sought to bring forward a wider plan that helps to deliver the new homes Wokingham needs.
