Our esteemed judges have been selected from the fields of academia, business, and entrepreneurship. They have generously offered their valuable time and expertise to help choose the recipient of the just IMAGINE if... 2024 research grant worth £100,000.

On 20 March, the 10 finalists will present their business ideas and plans to our panel of judges. Each finalist's plan will focus on their business idea's vision and will contain the following components:

  • a three-year plan outlining the business's viability
  • an explanation of the business's unique selling points
  • a description of how the business will impact the finalist's community and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.

Paul Lindley OBE

Founder, just IMAGINE if...

Paul is an award-winning British entrepreneur, social campaigner and best-selling author. He began his career as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG, then spent nine years at Nickelodeon, the children's TV network.

Paul founded just IMAGINE if... to support entrepreneurial ideas that address the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.

Jonathan Baird

Jonathan Baird

Partner, Hogan Lovells

Jonathan is a lawyer and partner in the London office of Hogan Lovells, a global law firm.

Jonathan specialises in transactional and regulatory work, particularly concerning matters involving investment entities and asset managers. Much of Jonathan’s work has an international component, including working with offshore financial centres.

Jonathan is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and an attorney in New York and Illinois.  

Yasmina Siadatan

Chief Revenue Officer, Dynamic Planner

Before joining Dynamic Planner, Yasmina was the Creative Director of Start Up Loans, leading on marketing and communications for the government's flagship scheme, providing small businesses access to finance.

After winning the fifth series of The Apprentice and working for Lord Sugar, Yasmina was headhunted by James Caan (Dragons’ Den) to help run his private equity organisation.

Nick Lee

Global Managing Director, Hogarth

Nick is a Global Managing Director at Hogarth, the world’s largest Advertising Production Agency. He oversees their largest global clients, Rolex and Dyson.

Nick has worked in advertising for 17 years across several of London’s most well-known agencies.

Nick currently sits on the Mayor of London’s advisory group for ‘Child Healthy Weight’, plays saxophone in a covers band, and is a co-founder of a musical theatre company. 

Jurek Sikorski

Jurek Sikorski

Director, Henley Enterprise Lab at Henley Business School

Jurek is Executive Director at the Henley Centre for Entrepreneurship and Founder and Director of Henley Business Angels. He also works as an independent business consultant, adviser and chairman of several companies.

Jurek delivers various workshops and masterclasses on multiple business topics and is the module convenor for the Understanding Sales module he teaches at Henley Business School.

Jurek is also Entrepreneur in Residence at London Business School, where he established the Business Incubator and mentors start-up businesses.
