Established connections with leading local, national and international architects allow you to make use of our network of partners for feedback, placements and training.
Partners like ACG (Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt) and Allies and Morrison have provided a boost for many of our graduates to pursue their creative ambitions in architectural practice.
Thriving creative community
Collaborate with your peers on imaginative design projects, participate in lively discussions about designing responsibly, and enhance your critical thinking and creative techniques in our studios and workshops.
Find your passion in the field, and bring design with a purpose to the next generation of architects.
As part of the curriculum, we offer the opportunity to collaborate on live projects, enabling you to explore your ideas while working alongside experienced architects.

The Urban Room (2019)
From 14 May to 7 June 2019, this temporary wooden structure, built by our students, enabled conversation and encounters between people and communities across Reading town and the University.
Students enrolling onto our BSc Architecture course in 2021 have the opportunity to secure a scholarship worth £1,000 for each of the three years of their course. (Subject to conditions for 2021 entry).
