The University is committed to providing a clear, simple, and accessible means for individuals to raise concerns and complaints. The University will take appropriate steps to respond to any complaint and to inform the complainant of the outcome of the complaint without undue delay, and in line with our legal obligations.

The University recognises that from time to time problems do arise and that individuals may occasionally wish to express concern or dissatisfaction with the steps that the University has taken (or not taken) in relation to the protection of personal data and the handling of requests made under Data Subject Rights.
