Bonnie’s interest in construction management stemmed from her bachelor’s degree, where she was able to study architectural history, the histories of material culture and the histories of the built environment. Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree, Bonnie then studied a MSc in Project Management, where she specialised in UK Construction Policy narratives. For Bonnie’s PhD research, she will address the retention of women in UK construction workforces.
Bonnie’s wider research interests include women in construction, the UK construction labour force, UK construction policy, organisational culture, and heritage buildings.
