About the Staff Campus Card

When you join the University, you should get a Staff Campus Card. You can collect it:

• Human Resources Office: Room 110, Whiteknights House (09:00 - 13:00)
• Henley Business School Library: Greenlands Campus (check opening times)
• Campus Card Systems: Fill in the Staff Campus Card Order form.

When you join the University, you get a Staff Campus Card. This card has a microchip for various uses:

1. Access campus buildings (with permission).
2. Enter and leave the Library.
3. Borrow books from the Library.
4. Use multi-function printing devices.
5. Enter music practice rooms (with membership fees).
6. Enter SportsPark (with membership fees). 
7. Use Campus cash within catering outlets

For some services, you need a PIN. Retrieve it from the Campus Card Portal.

The Campus Card isn't an ID card, but you should carry it with you as proof that you work here.

Conditions of use

By accepting your University Campus Card you agree to:

• Keep your Campus Card and PIN safe and separate.
• Use the Campus Card only for your personal work/study at the University.
• Not let others use your Campus Card.
• Take responsibility for transactions made with the Campus Card.
• Report lost cards immediately to block them.
• Pay relevant membership fees.
• Abide by the terms and conditions for purchasing University goods/services with the Campus Card account
