Motor skills and cognitive development: Investigating interactions between motor and cognitive systems in typically and non-typically developing individuals; understanding behavioural and neurophysiological responses to motor and cognitive tasks, their interactions and changes across the lifespan.Mechanisms of difficulties in neurodevelopmental conditions: Examining how we tease apart overlapping systems through multidimensional indicators, especially to improve the understanding of common conditions such as Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD, Dyspraxia) and ADHD
Increasing awareness of DCD: Understanding & improving psychologically relevant outcomes in a variety of areas (e.g., physical and mental health, emotional, social, educational areas) for individuals with Developmental Coordination Disorder
