My main area of interest is in the field of corpus linguistics. I am currently investigating the impact of Study Abroad programmes on the language skills of translation students. Secondary lines of research include second language acquisition, learning contexts and language of instruction.Teaching
I convene and co-teach Advanced Spanish I (SP1L3, SP2L3, SP3L3) and IWLP Spanish 2 (LA1PS2).
I also co-teach Advanced Spanish II (SP2L4, SP3L4).

I am a member of the research group “Communicative and Intercultural Skills in Foreign Language” (University of Valladolid) and a collaborator of the research project “PaGeS 2.0.
