  7. Service level specification
    i.     Finance will undertake the preparation of accounts to the required standard for the University and the University's wholly owned subsidiary companies;
    ii. Accounts will be produced each year to an agreed timetable to meet Audit Committee, Finance and HEFCE requirements;
    iii. Finance will undertake, on behalf of the University, all necessary liaison and discussion with the external auditors.
