  5. Duration: This specification will run from the date set out above until amended by the Director of Finance and Corporate Services or nominated alternate.
  6. Review: This specification will be reviewed annually.
  7. Service level specification:
    i.     The HR Operations Team will provide the University with a complete payroll service. The service standard is that all staff will be paid accurately and on time;
    ii. The provision of the UEPF pensioners payroll is outsourced to Gissings Ltd, the Pension Fund Administrator;
    iii. The HR Operations Team will manage all interactions on behalf of the University with HMRC, DSS, DWP and other government and regulatory bodies, on payroll matters.
