Month-End Processing

  5. Duration: This specification will run from the date set out above until amended by the Director of Finance and Corporate Services or nominated alternate.
  6. Review: This specification will be reviewed annually.
  7. Service level specification
    i.     Finance will ensure that, at each month-end, all necessary activities are undertaken to ensure the University's management accounts are as robust as practicable;
    ii. The month-end tasks will be undertaken within an agreed timetable available on the Finance website;
    iii. Different arrangements will apply at the financial year-end (July) and Schools and Directorates will be notified of these by Finance each year-end.
