Management of the AGRESSO financial system

  5. Duration: This specification will run from the date set out above until amended by the Director of Finance and Corporate Services or nominated alternate.
  6. Review: This specification will be reviewed annually.
  7. Service level specification:
    i.     Finance will provide, through the Financial Systems Team, management of the Agresso Business World (ABW) financial system, including the provision of user training, user documentation, helpdesk, upgrades and fixes.
    ii. Finance will undertake all necessary discussion and liaison with UNIT4, provider of the accounting package and other software suppliers whose products form part of the University overall Financial System. These include Bottomline Technologies and Adelante.
    iii. Finance will manage all electronic interfaces to and from Agresso.
