  7. Service level specification
    i.     Finance will co-ordinate and oversee, to an agreed time-scale, the annual budget preparation for the University;
    ii. Finance, through the Management Accounts Team, will provide assistance to Schools and Directorates in preparing their annual budgets;
    iii. The Director of Finance will present the University Annual Budget to the Strategy and Finance Committee and Council.
