Important Information For Enrolment and Beyond
Please follow the steps below to complete your enrolment and officially join the University of Reading.
- You will be asked to complete online enrolment, and pay your fees before arrival. You will complete the final part of your enrolment in-person once you have arrived on campus.
- Once enrolled you can collect your Campus Card and access your university IT account, campus Wi-Fi (Eduroam) and the UoR student app.
- Ensure you have completed the mandatory training and other pre-enrolment tasks.
- Advice on travelling sustainably to campus and finding your way around campus.
TRAVEL INFORMATION - Arriving by car
Please note that the M4 motorway will be closed between Junction 10 and 11 from 9pm on Friday 18 September to 6am on Monday 21 September. If you are travelling by car, please allow extra time for your journey and check your route for any diversion arrangements.
If you are driving to campus, please be aware that students moving into halls are provided with a 30-minute arrival slot for their accommodation. After this, you will be required to move your vehicle to a location on campus as directed by Security. Students living in halls are not permitted to keep a vehicle at the University after Intake weekend unless a permit has been approved.
