Double Master’s Programme

The Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Reading (UoR) offers a double master’s programme with Jindal Global University (JGU).  

This partnership programme can be completed in the following two ways:

  1. Students who have successfully completed their first year of studies of MA Diplomacy, Law and Business degree at JGU, can choose to study MA International Relations and Diplomacy or MA Conflict and International Security at UoR in their second year.

Or

  1. Students who have successfully completed their first year of either MA International Relations and Diplomacy or MA Conflict and International Security at UoR can complete their second year of MA Diplomacy, Law and Business degree at JGU.

Students who complete this two-year partnership programme will gain a master’s degree from each institution.

Entry Requirements

Subject to entry requirements and on successful completion of the first year at either UoR or JGU, you can join Year 2 of the alternate institution. 

Programme Structure

This is a two-year master’s programme, studying one year at each institution.

You will study your first year of MA Diplomacy, Law and Business at JGU and then transfer to UoR to complete your second year in either MA International Relations and Diplomacy or MA Conflict and International Security.

Or

You will complete your first year at UoR studying either MA International Relations and Diplomacy or MA Conflict and International Security, and transfer to JGU to complete your second year studying MA Diplomacy, Law and Business.

Once you complete all two years with both institutions, you will receive a master’s degree from each institution.

Students from JGU are entitled to a 10% international tuition fee discount. 

Further Information about English Requirements and PSE
