Air-Conditioned Spaces

During periods of hot weather, staff and students may require access to air-conditioned spaces. Below is a report from Estates that shows all such spaces. This does not include various communal spaces that may be air conditioned. 

These spaces include:

• Bookable centrally controlled spaces
• Bookable School controlled spaces
• Other non-bookable spaces

Centrally controlled spaces should be booked by staff using CMISGo. Further information on this can be found here. Students should follow the instructions located on the Student Room Bookings page.

School controlled spaces may only be booked by staff through CMISGo. Students wishing to book a School controlled space should contact their Support Centre for advice in the first instance.

Certain spaces may not be bookable using CMISGo, and in these instances we are unfortunately unable to advise on what local booking measures may be in place.

Due to the limited number of air-conditioned spaces, we ask every member of our community to use such spaces with consideration for others.

Please note that the report, below, may require you to sign in using your University credentials. Any issues with the data within, queries, or reports of faulty air conditioning should be reported to the relevant Building Support Officer, details of whom can be found here.
