Timing of User Surveys
Advice for Staff
Students are asked to provide feedback on a wide range of issues throughout the academic year, which can lead to survey fatigue and low response rates.
The User Surveys Timeline has been developed to help you plan the best time to conduct your survey. It includes the dates of when other surveys are planned and indicates if events are taking place which might reduce the number of responses. Keep in mind that students will be less likely to complete a survey if they have already participated in a number of surveys recently or if they have other commitments at certain times of the year.
