Dr Wei's research interest covers:

  • Remotely sensed data interpretation for environmental monitoring and precision agriculture

Dr Wei has been involved in various research projects, such as optical character recognition, criminal events detection, and automated border control.


Dr Wei received both her first and master's degrees from Tianjin University, China, and then her PhD degree from the University of Birmingham.
