Replacement Campus Cards

Blocking Lost/Stolen Cards

• Block Usage: Door access, printing, photocopying, and tills via Campus Card portal.
• Hall Access: Inform hall reception. For access outside normal hours, contact security at +44 (0)118 378 7799.
• Report Theft: Notify Security and complete a Crime Report Form to get a Crime Report Number.

Ordering Replacement Cards

Students

• Online: Order replacement Student Campus Card online. Once ordered then collect from:

  • Student Support Centre (London Road, Edith Morley building, Agriculture Building)

• In Person: Helpdesk (Whiteknights Campus Library)
  

Staff and Associate Members

Payment

• Lost Cards: £10 fee, payable by Credit/Debit Card.
• Stolen Cards: No charge if reported to Police and Crime Report Number provided. Email campuscard@reading.ac.uk with the crime reference number.
• Damaged Cards: No charge if your current card is damaged contact campuscard@reading.ac.uk for assistance. 

PIN Retrieval

• Forgotten PIN: Retrieve via Campus Card portal.
