Andrew joined the University of Reading in 1983, having first worked in the food industry for 14 years. He has lectured in food processing, economic manufacturing, and oenology. He retired from lecturing in 2011 and acts as a consultant to the food industry. has worked extensively with companies in new product/process development and knowledge transfer.
