Step 3: The approval
Once we receive your written acceptance of the final agreed TPE*, the Project Manager will change the status of the Wren from Feasibility/estimate required* to Project/work approved* and set up the agreed budget. This will allow the Project Manager to place orders with framework* contractors and/or consultants.
The Project Manager will now start to coordinate all the necessary activities required to undertake the work.
