If you want to attent your ceremony
During your Graduation Ceremony you will collect your Degree Certificate in a presentation folder and a graduation brochure. This is the all-important piece of paper you have worked so hard for. It is a valuable document so please make sure you look after it.
If you graduate in absence
In the first couple of weeks after the ceremonies have taken place your certificate will be posted to the address you confirmed during the graduation registration process, unless you instruct us otherwise via email. Your certificate will not be sent out if you did not complete the graduation registration process via the RISISWeb Portal. If you failed to complete this process, or did not receive a confirmation email at the time, you should get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If you wish to have a friend pick up your certificate from our office on the Whiteknights campus, you will first need to download and complete an authorisation form and email it to email@example.com. Please note, certificates will only be able to be collected in the weeks after the ceremonies have taken place and not on the day. You will be informed as soon as possible of when the earliest collection date will be.
Contact us if you've not received your certificate three months after graduating. Please note that if you have not received your certificate and have not been in contact with us within one year of your graduation date, a replacement certificate charge will be applied.
