We are currently planning for our next set of physical ceremonies to go ahead in December 2023, the dates of which have been published below. All students expected to be eligible to graduate will be contacted in late September and asked to complete an Expression of Interest process. The Graduation Office will then publish the Winter 2023 ceremony schedule, based on responses to this process, via the same Graduation dates page below. The Formal Registration Process will launch from mid-October and run until early November 2023 . If you expect to graduate in December 2023 but have not yet heard from us by Friday 27 October, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are now able to offer guests with tickets to be seated in the Great Hall for your ceremony (up to two per graduand, requested during the Formal Registration process). If any new Government restrictions are put in place that mean we have to limit capacity in the Great Hall, guest tickets will transfer to ceremony livestream rooms on the Whiteknights campus.

The Graduation Team are currently dividing our time between working remotely from home and in our office. In line with the most up-to-date UK Government guidance we may have to move to solely working from home at short notice, which may impact on our ability to provide a few of our services.
