Essentials Guidance and support Counselling and Wellbeing

Important Information

The Counselling and Wellbeing Team are now offering in-person and some video sessions through Microsoft Teams.

For general information please email counselling@reading.ac.uk or phone 0118 378 4216 (Mon-Fri between 9:00 - 16:00) except during closure days and Bank Holidays. Please note that the administration team work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and will respond to enquiries as soon as possible.

In an emergency please visit urgent help and support contacts.

Heath and Wellbeing resources during the Covid-19 outbreak can be found on Student Space, Mind and the Mental Health Foundation. For University information surrounding COVID-19 please visit our dedicated webpages.

The Counselling and Wellbeing service do not provide evidence for ECF's, if you are seeking evidence you should contact your GP or specialist mental health support worker.
