What's Next?
Once you’ve successfully collected your Campus Card, here is what you need to do next:

Your university username and password gives you access to important things like your email, timetable and other resources. Follow the steps below to get your details after you have collected your Campus Card.
1. Log into the RISIS Portal.
2. Follow the link ‘Click here to collect your University username’
3. Make a note of your username and set your password
Once you have collected your university username and set your password, you will be able to connect to the University’s Wi-Fi network, Eduroam. This is different to the Wi-Fi network found in university halls. To connect to Wi-Fi on any device go to reading.ac.uk/wifi and follow the instructions.

You may need printed hard copies of your important documentation. You can print your documentation and official university letters from the self-service RISIS Portal.

- a letter to open a Bank Account in the UK
