Donations

We are grateful to individuals who wish to donate materials to the LRC. However, we are only able to accept donations which support the LRC’s collection development priorities or are considered to have significant academic, historical, or research value.

All donated materials become the property of the University upon acceptance. The LRC reserves the right to assess all donations and is under no obligation to retain items deemed unsuitable for the collection. Regrettably, we are unable to return materials that cannot be retained.

How to Donate to the LRC

Individuals considering donating books or other materials to the LRC are kindly requested to contact the LRC in advance. To assist with the assessment process, please provide a list of the proposed items wherever possible, including:

• Author
• Title
• Edition
• Year of publication

Please note that the LRC is unable to accept donations that have not been reviewed and approved by LRC staff in advance.
