Opening hours

Please refer to the LRC News Blog for announcements regarding temporary changes to opening hours.

Any updates will also be communicated to students via email and Blackboard under the Learning Resource Centre section.

Staffed service hours

Monday – Friday
08:30 – 17:00

During these hours, full LRC services are available, including:

  • enquiries and counter services
  • printing support
  • general library assistance

Extended study space access

Monday – Friday
08:30 – 22:00

Extended opening hours are available during selected teaching weeks and examination periods.

Important information

From 18:00 – 22:00, staff on duty are present for monitoring purposes only.

The following services are not available during this period:

  • counter services
  • enquiries
  • printing support
  • library assistance

Please note that the LRC closes promptly at 22:00.

The LRC is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

After-hours access

After 18:00, the LRC operates as a study space only with limited services available.

Personal belongings

Any personal belongings left in the LRC after closing hours may only be collected when the LRC reopens.

The LRC is not responsible for any unattended or lost items.
